Professor Daniel S. Hamilton
has been director of the Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C., since 2001. He has always devoted himself to the improvement and expansion of transatlantic relations, whether as director of the Aspen Institute in Berlin, as a senior associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace or through his work for the U.S. State Department and U.S. Embassy in Germany. As a recognized expert on Europe and transatlantic relations, he is frequently interviewed on radio and television as well as in print.
