Gisela Anna Erler

is a writer, genealogist and businesswoman. In 1991 she founded pme Familienservice GmbH, a company that advises more than 150 companies and government agencies on how to better support those balancing family and work. In 2000 she became program director for "Work-Life and Diversity", the international conference for personnel managers at major European and multinational firms.
