Holger Backhaus-Maul

After completing his studies, Holger Backhaus-Maul worked first as an research fellow at the University of Bremen's Center for Social Policy Research. Since 1994 he has headed the Law, Administration and Organization division of the Department of Education Studies at Martin Luther University in Halle-Wittenberg where he is also responsible for the alumni program. For a number of years he has also regularly traveled to the U.S. for research purposes and shares responsibility for the research organization called "Social Engagement of Companies".
