Professor Dr. Werner Jann

teaches political science, administration and organization in the University of Potsdam's department of Economics and Social Sciences. From 1989 to 1993 he was director and division head of the "Denkfabrik" (thought factory) of Schleswig-Holstein's state chancellery in Kiel. He is also a member of the Committee of Experts on Public Administration, a function of the UN Department of Social Affairs in New York.
