Talented actors and educators for culture: In art and culture, human questions are reflected artistically, and at the same time room is created for freedom and sensual/emotional experience. To ensure that art and culture have a future we need imaginative young artists as well as excellent educators to establish a connection with new audiences and intensify relations with existing ones. This is why we promote young artists and cultural educators in our project-based work, which includes awards, exhibitions, festivals, new meeting formats, symposia and master classes.
The vitality of the concert experience of the future requires more than musical genius. In our focus we look at the qualification of educators for concert music and the development of new forms of presentation which engender enthusiasm for music.
