Discussion Session with with Senator Lieberman and Senator McCain

US Senators John S. McCain and Joseph I. Lieberman came to a discussion session to answer questions raised by the Munich Young Leaders. The two politicians said what they thought about current developments in international security policy such as Afghanistan, Iran, the Middle East conflict, and the debate on withdrawing American nuclear weapons from Germany. They considered the question of what kind of place the US would have in a future multipolar world order to be of considerable importance.
