Regional conflict management and cooperation between the EU and Turkey
Ahmet Davutoğlu, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey, met with foreign policy decision-makers and experts, among them former Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs Joschka Fischer, members of the German Bundestag, representatives of the Federal Chancellery and the Federal Foreign Office as well as associates of selected think tanks, to discuss current issues of Turkish foreign and security policy. The discussion focused on Turkey’s contribution to regional conflict management in the Middle East, the Southern Caucasus and the Black Sea region as well as on potential fields of cooperation between the EU and Turkey. continue
