Susanne Koelbl, Foreign Correspondent, DER SPIEGEL, met with Members of the Körber Network Foreign Policy. She has been reporting from, among others, Afghanistan, Iran and Iraq for almost three decades. Most recently, she spent several months in Saudi Arabia. She talked about her new book “Twelve weeks in Riyadh” as well as about her encounters with activists, artists and the opposition. Her accounts sparked a conversation about the Saudi Kingdom, a country that is currently reinventing itself.
