On February 7, the President of the USA Donald Trump had signed a memorandum to launch the Women’s Global Development and Prosperity Initiative, championed by his daughter and senior assistant Ivanka Trump. The project aims to bring economic stability to 50 million women in developing countries around the world by 2025. The Initiative will use a $50 million fund allocated from USAID and will collaborate with private companies including UPS and Walmart.
